Repair enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a repair contract, guarantee acceptance of a job or establish a final repair price. Any binding scope, price, delivery arrangement and responsibility for an item should be confirmed before chargeable work begins.
Photographs and estimates
Photographs can support preliminary assessment but may not reveal construction, hidden wear, stone condition, metal composition or previous repairs.
Postal items
Do not send valuable jewellery until specific shipping, insurance and receipt arrangements have been agreed. Customers remain responsible for following the supplied dispatch instructions.
Partners and referrals
Jewellery Repair Centre may introduce or route enquiries to specialist providers. Where commercial referral arrangements apply, they do not remove the need to select an appropriate service route for the piece.

Original site content, branding and platform materials may not be republished commercially without permission.
